WellNurse is a Singapore nursing services brand dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing care and staffing solutions. We believe that access to skilled, compassionate nursing support — whether at home or within a healthcare organisation — should be straightforward and dependable.
We operate through two focused divisions: WellNurse@Home, which provides specialised home nursing care for patients and families, and WellNurse Connect, which connects healthcare organisations with qualified nursing professionals for locum, temporary and permanent placements.

Meet Our Founders
Jamie Lim
Founder, WellNurse@Home
Jamie's passion for oncology nursing began during her nursing studies and has shaped the past 15 years of her career. During this time, she has had the privilege of supporting patients and their families with comfort, guidance and specialised nursing care throughout their cancer journey. Her experience across both public and private healthcare settings revealed an important gap—the limited availability of specialised oncology nursing support within the community, where much of a patient’s day-to-day care takes place. This inspired her to establish WellNurse@ Home, with the aim of bringing compassionate, high-quality oncology nursing and coordinated one-stop support directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Dr Vanessa Lim
Founder, WellNurse Connect
Vanessa is the Founder and Director of WellNurse Connect. Her career spans hospital-based healthcare research and corporate health economics research. Having worked closely with many nurses throughout her research career, she developed a deep appreciation for their expertise, dedication and essential role in patient care. She founded WellNurse Connect to continue her passion for healthcare by connecting organisations and families with suitable nursing professionals, while creating meaningful opportunities for nurses.
